All I would say is,"HE MADE IT POSSIBLE". I had been searching over 4 years. We discussed everything about our needs and financial situation,he used his references and his knowledge to work accordingly. At times he would even say NO to certain properties which were possible,reason the neighborhood, the schools,etc. At times my frustration level would reach extremes and I will tell him to stop everything but his patience won over everything!! Finally we bought the home with lots of negotiations, though the price jumped a lot but at the end of the day what mattered was ,we had our home. He is patient, resourceful, Understands your situation, your needs and desires. In all Truly Professional!!
